Dear sir, I am ravindra mahadik. Employee of access healthcare pvt ltd. I am allready submitted pharmacy bills and lab reports in document file. Medi assist executive not seen file, they only seen scan copies of that docs. It is not practically not possible to take again lab reports. I have only scanned copies of that doc.
