My wife got admitted in hospital under mediassist tpa i have a corporate policy but these guys added our normal hospitalisation into maternity package and deducted whole amount of our maternity package in normal hospitalisation we have all the documents and proof for that but no response from staff.
Staff is so rude they never respond to calls and mails and always ignore customer queries i am following up manish kumar from delhi branch from last two months but he is of no use. Very bad service worst tpa please go for some other tpa.

Updated by Nimesh Chaudhary I want a callback from seniors so that they can take done action against such bad staff I have all recordings of that guy manish from delhi office. He treat customers as I m asking for favour from him and he is paying my bills. Such a bad experience in corporate policy I think in individual policy they will provide worst experience than this. Very unprofessional
