[Resolved]  Medi Assist India — Policy has denied for reimbursement for delivery c section

I am working in corporate company and initiated the reimbursement process for delivery c section and provided all the documents and responded to multiple annoyed queries and attached documents multiple times and wandering to hospital with my baby in hardest time to get all the documents from hospital.
After uploading the documents then I got a mail that “denial of claim” then they said like as below “We would like to inform you that your claim has been denied due to the non-submission of required documents. Kindly raise a new claim for further processing.”
I dropped an email that is this possible to submit new claim after hospitalization more than 5 months then they said that as “We would like to inform you that, we have ceased processing claims related to the 2024 policy period. As a result, we will not be able to consider your claim under the said policy year. “
I have mailed them many times, calling on numbers which apparently not useful till now.
All the timing that I spent and waiting for doctor and travelling are vain and getting ill for these.
I am really disappointed and frustrated at this time and is there any issues to treated in small hospital?
I heard many people got reimbursement who treated in same hospital and uploaded the documents without any suffering in other insurance company.
I am the only person suffered so much and denied the reimbursement even submitted all the documents.
Is there any problem to get treatment in small hospital and upload their format documents?
Actually I have uploaded whatever bills and receipts provided in hospital and not much computerized since it is small hospital.
May I know the reason why you are not accepting the bill and receipt that I uploaded and asking many times to upload documents again and again.
Kindly let me know what is the solution for this.
