Medi Assist India — regarding cashless claim approval of final bill | |||
Hi team, I have followed up with media assist team for more than 10 days for my father's cashless claim approval. On reaching mediassist team via toll free contact number, they just put the call on hold stating, "Mam, please be on hold for a while as we are extracting your details". This "while" has no ending and the call gets disconnected by its own. Such a pathetic service. Was this information helpful? | |||
