I have policy issued through my company. My claim was rejected during nov 2017.
Later called several times from company and personally asking to return the bills. But repeated calls and emails nothing worked and not it is aug 2018 and still not the bills are not received by me. Every phone call will take to 8-10 mins to get them to talk. I was never allowed to talk to the manager and every time it was addressed as a new complaint.

Whenever I reach mediassit they give me time of 5 working days which is now more than 2 months.
Need to understand how this company can operate like this. Need to take action against it.
