Hi All, It is being 2 months, I have submitted a claim for Reimbursement of Rs. 57663, whatever document they asked me, I have submitted and sent through an email. still, the backend is taking huge time to proceed with it. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

They are doing this with everyone. I have been calling them twice everyday and still getting all lame responses. After submitting all the documents, they are still asking for the same document again!! If you email them you are asked to wait for 48 hrs. They will respond something and you have to wait for 48 hrs again.

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
