Hi sir,
I had submitted reimbursement claim on nov 5th with all documents in mediassist india.. Again and again they asked for same documents and on dec 21st they denied my claim stating this treatment can be done as an outpatient also.. And when i contacted customer care they said this is our policy.. Then why they took one n half month for processing this claim and at last rejected my claim. According to company policy within 8 days they need to provide resolution. If they can simply deny the claims then for what we are paying for it without no use for us. Before getting admitted i enquired 3 times whether i can get claim for joint pain n gynac problem.. They said yes.. I was not even able to walk so only admitted for ayurveda treatment.. And also i can't take long medical leave for 1 month if i am taking my treatment as an outpatient. Please understand my concern.

So i kindly request the consumer court to take necessary steps for this.
