Before escalating i want to share few things related to my claim status 15497665. Because i am very much disappointment from mediassist. Since 4 year i am taking the mediassist plan in previous organization also.

First time i did the claim and got very bad experience.

I have confirm from support person all the docs has been received and you will get an amount within a week but still no hope....

This is to inform you that i have submitted one mediclaim case is number [protected] it's been continuous flowup since three months with mediassit but inpaction report has been pending from company end and no one is helping about the said case. I am fail to understand what kind of services are you giving in such etmeed organization this the worst service i ever had.

Again and again they asked for same documents and on dec 21st they denied my claim stating this treatment can be done as an outpatient also..
