Not sure, Even after providing all documents claim status is Repudiated - Awaiting insurer concurrence
I have gold plan for myself, father and mother. Unfortunately, Myself got admitted to the Apollo hospital, Gandhinagar for chest pain on 2024 Sept 5th. The Cashless was permitted as it under network hospital. I paid the admission fee of 10K. Now after discharge I was try to get my admission fee back as the reimbursement but got repudiated. Getting confused on why refused, I have uploaded all documents...

-- All tests performed on each day
-- Advance bill
-- death certificate
-- Doctor letter (advising patient is not in a state to take scan but rapid test do confirmed its covid ) as a discharge summary

Even there is no explanation on why its in repudiated state. The documents are clear and valid. Seriously frustrated/irritated!. Tried several times with the customer service, but no one is taking ownership to get it processed. It is very one of the Worst Experience that I have come across. Even complaint team is not available to take up the call or get this fixed and back-end team just keep sending email for a ticket which I have raised.
