Medibuddy — Not allowing me to use wallet money

I purchased medibuddy app @2k and medibuddy added 1k . total 3k wallet I have . But medibuddy is not allowing me to use wallet money to order medicine. I have to pay seperately if I have to order medicine. It's showing me a message that can't connect with wallet partner.please try after sometime. This is frustrating. I want my money back. This is fake app.
