I purchased medibuddy app @2k and medibuddy added 1k . total 3k wallet I have . But medibuddy is not allowing me to use wallet money to order medicine. I have to pay seperately if I have to order medicine. It's showing me a message that can't connect with wallet partner.please try after sometime. This is frustrating. I want my money back. This is fake app....

I have applied for claim of 75028/- rupees but approved amount is 58655-. I asked customer care for what reason around 14000/-got reduced and you people said reason is there is no preintimation for that 10 % and its network hospital you should go cashless because of reimbursement 10% deducted . For preintimation, If you see in all scan documents estimation delivery data given is July 7th but it's an emergency my wife got pain...

Dear Sir,
On 13.05.2023 an order was placed by me for supply of medicine “Jupiros-A 20/150 mg capsule (30 capsules) which was prescribed by the doctor and prescription was also attached. My order ID was 37494033 dated 13.05.2023.
On 01.06.2023, surprisingly I came to know that my ordered medicine was delivered to some other person in my neighborhood. After receiving parcel of medicine on 01.06.2023 from other person in my neighborhood, I found that wrong medicine “Jupiros-A 10/150” capsule were delivered, whereas as per doctor's prescription “Jupiros-A 20/150 mg” capsules were to be delivered.
So, immediately I contacted on Medibuddy helline number [protected] on 01.06.2023 at 19.07 hrs, but I was unable to here the voice from Medibuddy. Immediately I received a call from Mr Mohd Zaid from Medibyddy from contact number [protected] at 19.07 hrs asking me for contactiong them. I explain the issue of wrong delivery of parel in my neighbor (which shoud be delivered to the person who has ordered) and wrong delivery of medicine also. When I received parcel from other person from my neighborhood on 01.06.2023, I checked medicine after that and immediately contacted on helpline number with Mr Mohd Zaid on 01.06.2023 at 19.07 hrs. But he refused to co-operate without understanding the delivery of parcel to wrong person and wrong delivery of medicine also which was not prescribed by doctor/ordered (prescription was also attached at the time of order).
In the matter I need to raise my grievance for the following issues:
1) Medibuddy not ensured delivery of medicine to the person who has ordered.
2) Medibuddy have delivered wrong medicine, which was neither prescribed by the doctor nor ordered by me.
Resolution sought:- In the case, please arrange for resolution and for replacement of wrongly delivered medicine.
The copies of prescription of the Doctor is attached herewith for your immediate reference, which is also available at your Medibuddy site.

ii) Image of medicine wrongly supplied by Medibuddy

Don't purchase Gold Membership
I have Purchase hold membership after purchasing i have used it for 6 months after that suddenly they have deactivated membership giving reason that you have Used it for your friends.i will suggest don't take there membership.

Order cancelled at the last moment after taking money and 1 week time without any notice

The lab test was booked with advanced payment.
I had to wait one week to see that the order was cancelled just one day before the appointment date without any notice.
This is a very unethical behaviour and I need a strict action to be taken against them.
If the area is unserviceable, they should not be booking the order in the first place.
I'm very troubled with this and this delay is causing the patient immense pain and uncertain risks in the future.
They straight away said to deal with it on your own and didn't care about the trouble caused to the customer.
Request you to take strict action against the firm.

Incorrect medicines has been delivered..neither I have got the refund nor the correct medicines
On 25th May 2022 I have ordered for the medicines. I did an online payment. In the same week on sunday I received a parcel with incorrect medicines. As soon as I receive those I immediately contact medibuddy support. They raised a ticket for the refund. I have also got the mail then I sent all the documents and payment details to them on 1sf of june itself. Now I receive a mail stating that I did not respond their mail hence they are closing the case. They are simply cheating me. I need my refund immediately.

Ignoring refund request
I have ordered for a product they delivered a wrong product when I ask them to initiate a return product and refund the money they stopped responding to my emails and calls. Later searching about this company i found this is a fake company looting money from people.

Company is not refunding my money

Medicines never got delivered
As my health is not well as offline doctor prescribed me I have ordered the medicine, it's more than 2 weeks still they haven't delivered my medicines, I contacted customer care n number of times, they are giving answers with so much negligence, this is not the first time from 1 and half year they never delivered atleast one medicine order also, they are playing with people lifes, this medibuddy should get closed, it is harmful for people lives

This is regarding my Claim#[protected] which I raised with Medibuddy. For this claim settlement, there were 2 issues:
1. They didn't consider the full amount(Rs 10548). Later they confirmed that that was missing from their end so they will refund the remaining amount. They provide me Ticket number [protected] for the same but they never come back on this.
2. Even for the amount which they considered(Rs 6373), they didn't pay the full amount since some reports were missing. Later I provided all the reports and Ticket [protected] was created for the same but after that they never came back on this.
It's been more than 15 days now and I'm not getting any response from them.

Paid for a rtpcr test at home but no one came and no resposne

I had paid for an rtpcr test in the medi buddy app when i was suffering from corona they were supposed to come home the next day to take the test but didnt show up and when i tried contacting them through whatsapp no repsonse. its not about the money rs 499 but i waited for two more days and my healt declined further and caused me mental agony and pain

Blood and medical test company MediBuddy sends its employees to customer's homes with used (second hand) syringes. They use one syringe many times everyday. This results in people getting AIDS and other medical problems from other human beings. Pathetic customer servuce
I have gone through very deb experience medibuddy customer service. I have ordered my glucometter strip from medibuddy app because it's showing will get this pick up from nearest Apollo medical store so I though it's great deal where other online platform showing me home delivery with 5-6 days so I have ordered and make payment through my debit card. My payment got debited from my bank account and I m waiting for my order id. But it's not generated and I don't have any other option to buy it bcz my payment was successfully debited.
So I called up customer care and inform the service team.
1st call - the resolution provided me please send an email on [protected]@medibuddy.in with payment SS and product details.
2nd call - Your details not showing sir call with order id
3rd call - You need to wait for 24 hrs will update you or refund your money
4th call - your Ticket details not showing
5th call - (rehana) confirm me there was some technical glitch bcz of this app showing 5hrs TAT for store pick up this service not available in your locality
And every call disconnected form customer care representative. Except Rehana.
Rehna help me with real picture and supported me with correct information.
I appreciate her work.
Need compensation from medibuddy team.
Because of you guys I am not able to check my blood sugar level. I am diabetic patient having very high blood sugar level and if there is any miss happening happen with me it's totally fault of meddibuddy team.
I need my money back with reimbursement of my strip bill which I have purchased from local shop. It's totally very bed experience service.

I am currently not in India and My father has to go through urgent surgery for EYE. we have done quickly and then I submitted all the valid proof to Medibuddy. They have rejected instant without any detailed reason.

I Made a transaction on Medibuddy for additional INsurance top up for my corporate policy . Payment got deducted and added in the credit card bill statement but the page from where i made the transaction doesn't gets loaded or refreshed to confirm weather the product transaction is successfull or not . I talked with medibuddy customer care around 7-8 times but they are closing the ticket by giving useless comments . They are not refunding...
