My doctor was booked through medibuddy on 14.08.23 evening for my wife & me for today. But after coming to hospital I came to know that Charnock Hospital has not received any confirmation from medibuddy. I have travelled a long and also get harrased, I was following it up for 4 days for the doctor check up but medibuddy team is showing there negligence. They have rescheduled my appointment since Thrusday & today is morning. Now also without my permission they has rescheduled the doctor date.
I am complaining for the harassment that me and my wife is facing
for doctor consultation through medibuddy, my complain is against medibuddy. I had a policy of Medibuddy PROPRM[protected]
I need compensation for the harrasement & also look that nobody should harrased like this.
