Medibuddy — Regarding my reimbursement claim

Dear Sir,

My self SRI KUMAR P R having an employee ID 85411 working in Epsilon Carbon Pvt. Ltd., since from[protected], my request is that when i had a my first baby i had claimed for reimbursement (claim No[protected] submitted all my documents even though due to late submission reasoning i had not received cash back from medibuddy. then on[protected] i had my second baby this time i had submitted all my doc to respective address Mumbai with in a month of discharge and i had got my tracking number MUM01331437 on the date 14/6/2021.On conversation with medibuddy customer care i had got conclusion that my spouse name is not in the data but my first child data is available.so, i got panic and rushed to my HR and asked regarding the issue, he answered me that while updating it might got missed regarding this he also had mailed communication to insurance company regarding the issue, during there conversation i lost hope in this medibudy insurance but on[protected] i got a message requesting additional information on a claim no 26709817 for my second baby, while i checked in medibuddy portal the missing doc need to be updated reason for delay in submission of document, i updated the reason that i had not delayed in submission of document with tracking number i had updated in medibudy portal on[protected] & on[protected] i had conversation with medibuddy customer care he informed to mail to [protected]@mediassist.com for reason in delaying in my reimbursement. please i request you please conclude whether i will receive my reimbursement claim amount back or not. if i am not not receiving any reimbursement money back please remove my name from this medibuddy because of no use in such insurance waste of time.so that i will have a clarity that i can make investment in any other insurance company on my own.
