Did not receive any consultation while i paid 150 rs for the same. Medlife is not refunding even after offering no services. They committed to call for consultation between 1 to 2 p. M. Day before yesterday and yet no one called. They kept on sending messages that some doctor would call but after 2 there was nothing and they just closed the request and sent
An invoice. Since it was a prepaid service so i have already paid 150 rs for the same. When i lodged a complaint with customer care day before for the same, zarurat no one called. They called today to say that we can offer consultation but not the money. This is highly unprofessional on their part. I want my money back and no longer interested in consultation. I even tried to cancel the service on their website when i did not received any call day before yesterday but the app did not let me cancel. Please get my refund back.
