Medlife International — no refund of rs.2384/ recd against cancelled order no. or1847sd-025a.

Medlife international through whom i was procuring medicines on regular basis wrongly delivered medicines without my consent against their order no. Or1847sd-025a on 9.08.2019 and collected payment of rs2384/- from my residence when i was not at home. On informing them to collect the medicines and refund this amount as per their return policy. Their representative collected all the medicines on 10.8.2019. On following up for payment i was told to send my bank details which i sent of central bank of india grant road branch a/c no.[protected]. They sent me a transaction no.[protected] of 6.9.19. From this transaction number central bank of india is unable to confirm payment received from medlife. I have also sent them a copy of bank statement for their reference. I am following up practically every alternate day but no response form their end. Please help me in getting the refund
