I have ordered medicines worth 3200+ on medplus online store for my grand mother. Due to her sudden demise the medicines went unused. Through an e-mail ([protected]@medplusmart.com) i explained all the reasons for returning the medicines and asked the concerned department of medplus to initiate refund. The agent called me once and promised about taking further course of action but didn't turn up. I sent e-mails to follow up on the status of the request but there is literally no response from them. I request to take up the issue and refund my amount.

    My name is sathyan. My customer id is 1060143. I am purchasing medicines from the medplus retail store at new colony, adambakkam, chennai 600088 for several years. As my physician has prescribed a different drug i wanted to return few medicines and buy some other medicines. Therefore on 18th when i visited the store and enquired about returning the medicines, one mr. Rajasekar has replied very politely to bring the medicines along with the bill. And as per rules he will arrange for the return of the medicines as business promotion and customer relations are very important for medplus. Hence to day 19th i went to the stores with the bill and medicines. The lady saleswomen at the shop not only refused to see the bill and medicines but also driven me to come back as and when mr. Rajasekar is at the stores to deal with the request.. The manner in which the saleswoman replied is totally different. If customer requests are to be dealt only when the particular sales person is available, then business relations will not improve. Please look into this matter and do the needful.

        On 12/05/ 2016 I purchased some medicines for Rs.499/- . At that time,
        there were only two customers including my self. There were three staff.
        I was the one who was being attended . Generally the customer focus was lacking. The staff who attended me looks black and seems to be a physically handicapped (left hand). Another Staff is a lady and the third one was like an incharge - I have regularly seen him in your Pammal Main Road shop. This Blacky staff was more on talk with the seemingly incharge staff and looking at some bills. after getting the payment from me he put the medicines in a cover and gave it to me.
        He did not keep the customer copy of the bill in the medicine cover nor he handed over to me. I chided him for his callous attitude and then got the bill and left the shop.
        On 13/05/2016, I again went to the shop and purchased medicines etc for Rs. 130/-. I was the only customer in the shop. The seemingly incharge staff took out the medicines and kept them on the table for the blacky staff for generating the bill . He generated the bill, got the amount from me, put the medicines in the cover and callously and with a rude mannerism dropped the cover on the the table ( it is akin to throw it at me).
        I again reprimanded him and both entered in to heated altercation.
        He told me - you wont be well off (vilangamaataai in tamil). I told him
        that he will be all well off but his employer wont be well off with the type of staff like him.

        You will readily agree that we are not getting the medicines for free for such a rude and indifferent behaviour.. You shoud know that we command good respect and reception in our area medical shops.I am purchasing from your Pammal Main Road shop and now from this Sankar Nagar shop for the last 2.5 years. Before that I was getting the medicines from our regular area shop (Malar Medicals, sankarnagar gandhi main road). People like me come to you as it suits both o[censored]s.

        This Sankar nagar shop was inagurated with a fanfare .You shoud have invested a hefty sum for the advance for the premises. You have to pay a heavy monthly rent also. I like the sprawling shop and the good layout . Your inverstment is for business growth and income.
        For attracting more and more customers you should first retain the existing ones. If your service is good we may well act as unpaid advertisers for you. But if the behaviour and treatment is like what i have experienced, ...??????.

        I believe that you shoud be regularly paying the staff their salary and other fringe benefits. if not, This may be one of the reasons for such behaviour.

        I request you to take immediate disciplinary action against the errant staff so that such instances are curtailed in the bud.
        Please inform me the action taken so as to enable me to decide on my further course of action including approaching of Consumer Forum.


        The shop is a newly opened one at pammal thiruneermalai road (they told me that it is known as Sankar Nagar shop...I reside in Sankar Nagar in my own house for the last 25years).

          On 29/4/16 I visited Medplus shop at MG Road, Sriperumbudur and was given
          only one strip. As I daily take Depsonil DZ Tancodep.2 is the substitute for
          Depsonil DZ and was assured that within one week the stock of Tancodep.2
          would be available. But till 7/5/16 no stock has come and they are not in a
          position to confirm when the same would be available. As my doctor is out of
          the country I am unable to contact him to ask him the substitute. In the present
          condition what can I do? If I do not take the medicine I would be in serious
          trouble. Will you please advise me from where can I get this medicine.

            Today dt.5/5/16 i have purchased medicine from your store id-inwbccu00058, basic phone no.Of this shop [protected], vide tax invoice no.[protected].

            But when i wanted to return the medicine they simply misbehaved with me, shouted rudely and roughly.If this is the behavior why should i continue to purchase medicine from this shop.
            There are other shops also in this area which give same facilities.(Frank ross)if this continues the sale would surely go downwards.
            This rude behaviour is of serious concern & i request you to look through this matter

                I bought a humalog mix 50 catridge from Medplus, Cuttack, Odisha but later it was found to be defective one. Insulin had crystals in it n got it confirmed from the insulin brand manufacturer that the product is adulterated . So i asked for a return next day but they did not accept it and said we cannot do anything Sir. I had very bad experiences with Medplus as they also gave me a defective Humalog insulin Pen which doesn't work. I am following them for the last one month for the return of that insulin but they are not ready to accept it.

                  My cus-id is 9499896.I'm a customer of medplus for about 3 years and till last month i didn't faced any issue. But from last month onwards i'm not really satisfied of the service rendered by the staff.I purchased a list of medicine on[protected] and 23.03.2016 from nearest medplus, last month i gave a prescription and i mentioned the quantity along with it, but one of the staff gave the medicine not as quantity mentioned. And they took 2days to sort out and to give the same quantity. That instance itself i would have raised the complaint, but i excused them.

                  The same happened today on[protected] at 07.55p.M, i gave a list to get medicine, but they gave a medicine which is not in the list. Medicine name is stiloz-50mg.I gave the same medicine to my mother, who is aged. While she is about to take her medicine, my wife accidentally noticed that the medicine given is the one irrelevant to the given list and i immediately called to the store and no one picked the call.

                  Another thing is that on swiping my debit card, the staff carelessly for two times swiped the card and asked me to enter the pin, the actual bill amount is rs977, but the amount debited from my account twice of rs1954.

                  So i'm very much unsatisfied of their service, every time i used to travel more than 6kms from my residence to this store at shanmugam road, west tambaram.

                  Please make appointment of some responsible person in this store.

                  So, please kindly check the issue and sort out the issue at earliest.
                  And also credit the amount of rs977 back to my account at earliest.

                        I purchased a syrup named Citrizine from Med plus pharmacy outlet in Anakaputhur...First he issues me a hand written bill stating that the stock has just arrived and the same hasn been updated in the system...i needed the medicine urgently and was in mood to quarrel so i kept quiet and later realized that the required discount that usually Medplus offers also wasn applied...My medicine was 38.85 and i was billed 39 rs staing rounded off...and above that when i issued 40rs change he gave me a vicks tablet instead of one re change...which he later issued after i asked...

                        Being in medical industry this kind of cheap tactics these people are implying...When we buy medicines from local dealer they usually round off to the lesser amt..when these people round off to the higher number doesn this mean they are selling above mrp which is against the law????

                        And giving chocolates and small medicines for change...will they accept if i provide them some chocolate instead of money???

                        Never visit these people unless you have no other option...Sick behavior...

                          Hi,

                          The medical store (Medplus) in Hulimavu main road is pathetic. This guy is a complete rowdy with unruly behavior. Tonight (10th February 2016), when I went to buy a set of medicines, he was rude to the core. His identification of medicines was wrong. When I pointed out, he was irritated. Then he said his computer is shot down and he will bill manually. He billed Rs.95 for a medicine whose printed MRP was Rs. 84.60. He seemed irritated when I pointed out. He totalled 84.60+255+124 to 467 miraculously and claimed his total was right. He appeared not ready to give my 10% discount which everyone is eligible for. Finally, when I took out my card, he said the card is closed and I came to irritate him. he could have simply said that the shop is closed, if he does not want my business. When I pointed this out, he came to hit me. Fortunately, I ran out of the shop and started my two-wheeler and drove away. He was chasing me to the exit and was abusing me with words. I had a miraculous escape. This is a nightmare experience as a customer.If I do not receive a response and sufficient action taken against the person, I am lodging a police complaint on this harassment.

                            Hello sir, am the regular customer of medplus. located at subadra nagar, vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad. As usual i went to buy medicines which were emergency, went along with prescription around 22:45 . the retailed person says "now its late i will not give you medicine, go for another shop. you have many pharmacies rather than this, you can go there . i will not give now."
                            i said bayya its an urgent medicine please give it now.
                            then he said "you can come early in the morning then i'll give, but not now."
                            he simply arguing the same "you have many pharmacies, can go and buy there."
                            tell me sir please is this way to answer. although you have tablets why you wont give. but you keep 24 hrs pharmacy board. not just keeping a tag you should justify.keeping a pharmacy is not jus a business right, its serving people, their health. there are many other things to do business.

                              Cctv is not running in departmental stores of medplus.today somebody is stolen by helmet.i am unable to trace the person because poor security system.i am unable to jodge and analyse the scenario.The store is situated near aiginia chawk, bhubaneshwar.
                              Today iam loose helmet but tomorrow any body can loose any think.Any body can take advange of the loopfall of store.

                                I had bought some medicines from medplus india at ramakrishna road, salem. the sales man refused to give me bill saying that 15 % discount will be eligible when he will upload online the sales and avail the discount, so he did not furnish any bills on the medicines i bought. Now my moms doctor has changed the medication since it did not suit her. On returning the medicines the sales man refuses to take back saying i have not bought the medicines from him. Today i.e. 12/01/16 Now on requesting him to give me new medicines on the prescription, this person says he will not sell any medicines to me. I was very furious and i have a right to buy medicines against cash. He refuses and uses foul languages and insulted me. Name of the sales person : DINESH. Resolution : Ask him to apologise and serve the public more graciously and stop using abusive language.

                                  Hi, I m an old customer to medplus since long time. I happened seen to a add in MEDPLUS Pharmacy that on purchase of medicine of 2000 & above there are certains free gifts will be given. Seeing the same, I have purchased my mother's mothly tablets in the same store(Kothaguda Main road brach) Store ID - INAPHYD00201 on 24th Nov 15 of rupees 2308.18. When i asked for the free gift(Polarised Sun Glasses), excutive told me that as if now that item is not available and assured me he will giving the same in 4 days and informed me that normal 10% discount will be not given rather points will be given. As i got assurance from executive(Sampath), he will be giving sunglasses in 4 days I said ok ans asked him to makesure he is giving sunglasses in 4 days. After that i have went to shop more than 5 times to collect sunglasses everytime i got the same response that they will be it 2 days which did not happen till now. on 15th Dec 2015 evening i again went to shop to take sunglasses and i got the same answer for excuetive Mr. Bhaskar. I told seriously what non sense is this, you people did not give any discount on my purchase by telling you will be getting sunglasses and now you people get telling come tmomrrow everyday what do you think about an customer. And i told him if you can not give sunglasses convert my points into discount or makesure your giving sunglasses as per your adversiment orelse i m compiant in online to your higher official by thinking that atleast they react and give sunglasses. But excuetive Bhaskar told me that Sampath had given you bill that day you talk him tmomrrow morning, when i told him as i m a working woman i can not come in morning and told him that i will come in evening. Bhaskar gave a response that Sampath will be not available in evening you have to come in morning orelse you can compiant online.

                                    I went to buy 6 tablets of as per doctors prescription. Chemist girl said I have to buy entire strip of 20 tablets.                                       im a docor of MD(gen medicine) i hve asked for a registration of the pharmacist .they dont have and tryin to manipulate the things . issuing drugs on their own hypothesis .and it happend for me .wht about the general public .i addressing conserend authorites to take a serious action
