[Resolved] Medplus India — Complaint about the Wrong information given about the medicine | |||
Hi Sir/Madam, My registered mobile number is [protected] My customer ID is : 23651978 Today I had a bad experience in one of the Medplus stores located in 4th main Gangenhalli extension. I have been a very old customer of Medplus. I went there to check if Medplus has OneTouch testing strips. I was informed by the lady that they do not keep OneTouch strips. I had to purchase it from another medical located far from my house. Later I met one of the other staff of medplus while going home. He said they have one touch testing strips available with them. This is so sad that Medplus people do not have competent staff to give the right information to the customers. I am not happy with the incident and hence will stop buying from Medplus again. I am also filing a complaint with the consumer court.
