Medplus India — Complaint Regarding Non-Branded Medicine and Unethical Practices at Vizianagaram Branch

Dear Medplus Grievance Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Vizianagaram branch. On my today’s[protected] visit, I requested Ciprofloxacin 500mg tablets but was given a non-branded medicine without being informed. Within five minutes of noticing this, I returned to the branch to request an exchange or return. However, my request was denied due to internal reasons, which I find unethical and unacceptable.

As a result, I had to return the product, which is of no use to me, without any compensation. This experience has been extremely disappointing and does not reflect the standards I expect from Medplus.
