[Resolved] Medplus India — MedPlus not exchanging/returning a medicine bought from them

I purchased two injections (Fragmin 10000IU 10ML VIAL) from MedPlus store near my house on 13-Sep-2023. Now the doctor has changed the dosage and I wish to return or exchange one injection however the store person is not able to see the order on his computer and requested me to speak to Customer Care. When I spoke to customer care, I was told that you can return or exchange the items only within 72 hours of purchase. I requested to consider my request as the injection is not expired and is very expensive (Unit Price MRP Rs. 7302.25) but still I was straight away denied. Requesting your help.
