With respect to above subject we purchased meganfuron od tablets, from chikamagaluru branch having an id, inkachk00002 one sheet, after consuming the 2 tablets, has no reaction on patients so doctor has changed the prescription so we gone for ur branch for exchange, but they are not ready for exchange... So we are requesting to exchange the tablets, i am a regular customer to this branch having an id, 26873079. Since more than a year.
