[Resolved] Medplus India — not refunding the money

I had purchased medicines from medplus Pune bharatiya vidyapeeth branch. The doctor has now prescribed me a different medicine and I have been trying to return the previous unused meds in new condition. The store manager at first kept asking to come back tomorrow. This has been going on for 4 months now. He's extremely rude. And now saying he won't refund at all. I didn't even want the money. I just wanted to purchase other meds instead. This is very frustrating. Despite being a regular customer I have been given this treatment. You can check the cctv footage of how many times I have tried to return the meds.
