Hi team,
I purchased medicines (Aug 15, 2018) from medplus and paid via phonepe app. Payment got successful (Money got deducted) but the shop owner (Avadi medplus) refused to give medicines stating that bill was not generated in the system.
I have raised a ticket to medplus but still i didnt get my refunt amount from medplus.

Updated by Adolframi I have already contacted through [protected]@medplusindia.com but i dont see any progress. When i contact them they simply say that the issue had been escalated to the higher end but no use.
