[Resolved] Medplus India — regarding redeem reward points

I have given order for multi steam cooker against my reward points more than 3 months back. The customer care executive accepted the order after checking stock. But later i was told that it's out of stock. I raised complaint with customer care on email. Every time they say it's forwarded and close the complaint ticket.
This is not for the first time, earlier also i had to follow up several times for getting product against rearward points.
It seems like it's the policy of medplus to attract customers in the name of rearward program and fool then while giving benefits.
