[Resolved] Medplus India — regarding redeem reward points | |||||
I have given order for multi steam cooker against my reward points more than 3 months back. The customer care executive accepted the order after checking stock. But later i was told that it's out of stock. I raised complaint with customer care on email. Every time they say it's forwarded and close the complaint ticket. This is not for the first time, earlier also i had to follow up several times for getting product against rearward points.
