My MedPlus Customer Id is 50212769. I have been a regular customer of Medplus for long and have been purchasing bulk medication for my parents. One such occasion was on 16-Oct-2021 for which I have the bill. However, due to a heart attack and other related complications, the previous medications were changed for my father.
When I went to return the medicines and get new ones, I was told that the period for exchange was over and I needed to contact customer care. With regards to the period of exchange, there is not a lot of clarity and I got all numbers from 14 days to 3 months. The customer care personnel informed me that the period now is 2 months for store purchase.
I have been to multiple MedPlus stores - there is no display anywhere on the period of exchange nor is the information readily available on the internet. A customer cannot be penalized on something which is not clearly stated anywhere. The medicines I need to exchange are well within the shelf life, so I do not see any reason for refusal.
Kindly look into my issue and provide a solution. I would also request you to display exchange period in all stores to avoid such miscommunication to customers. Was this information helpful? |
