[Resolved] Medplus India — supply of wrong medicine even after showing message sent from company

Dear sir I visited the medplus medicine store rathtala, kol-56. The sales person named bikas give me the medicines of wrong order number (Order through online) and next time called me to return the same but denied to back the cash and insist to buy the medicines of correct order number though i request to cancel the online order.
