We usually buy our medicines from MedPlus, Adambakam, Chennai - 600088 (next to Jayamangalam store and near GR Hospital and Hot Breads). This morning, me and my wife had an unpleasant experience with the 2 lady staff as they did not even acknowledge or answer to our simple request for 2 Paracetamol strips. We left the store in front of them both, yet they did not bother or care. This is very bad customer service on the part of MedPlus. We have no intention of buying medicines from your store anymore.
