Medplus India — Wrong billing charges in invoice

I recently bought a Tetmosol 100g soap from Metplus Medical Store in Madhura Nagar. The original cost of the soap is ₹99. However, the invoice mentioned the price as ₹108. After applying a discount, they charged ₹102.60. Then, they rounded it up and charged ₹103.

This means they added an extra ₹4 on the soap. Additionally, they included a "Location Surcharge" of ₹3. In total, I was overcharged ₹7.

This seems like fraudulent billing and unfair to customers.
