I am bank employee, my wife has done dental care two rct has been done with capping, i have sent document. They rejected my claim. I have contacted them earlier wether rct and capping will be covered in the policy or not. But now they are rejected the issue, still after 15 days they didn't contacted me till now. I have collected all bills and make every document ready for this thing, after doing all this we have to suffer from these harrassment from the company. Don't know why there email is inactive all the time and there phone number is also not prompt for response.
