Mee Mee — Baby cot broken in a month

I purchased a baby cot, and and the plywood broke in a month with may b just 5 uses and the baby is just six months old

I don't understand why the quality is so low, am very much angry as when I asked the shop from where I purchased they are telling me to get carpenter and fix

If so is the quality and service I think I should go ahead still further with the issue

I want immediate attention to this issue and to be sorted within a weak time

To your attention-If plywood is what you sell with a beautiful finish to make it just look good it's the most dirtiest mistake one could do

I want a complaint number too for follow up
