I have received a wrong product and I am really struggling to return that product. Their site is pathetic, I cant see any orders under My Profile and hence unable to initiate return. Customer care number is either busy or out of network or they dont pick up the call.
Looks fake website, really bad experience with this company. My money is stuck and I am not getting appropriate response. Was this information helpful? |
