I had placed an order on 3rd november for a lehenga for a wedding on 1st in vadodra from moi noida and delivery was due on 25th november.
As your office said that they cannot deliver it to vadodra, i had booked a flight for it to be delivered via someone.
Due to your teams negligence and lack of proactiveness i had to cancel the flight for 25th as the product wasnât ready and suffered a loss of 9600/-rs from my end.
Then i was informed that it will be delivered on 28th.
On 28th i was informed that it cannot be delivered on 28th and is stuck in a truck caught by police and that it will be delivered on 30th
I fail to understand this much of time delay.
And how is it being taken lightly, because of your employeeâs promise i made arrangements and suffered loss, which your team does not consider a loss at all.
I had informed the team at moi that it needs to go to vadodra and hence will be picked up from noida.
So for an item worth 25000 approx i have spent additional 9600/- because of your teams carelessness.
And as if this wasnât enough, the next date given was 30th, as the wedding is tomorrow i myself waited till 30th to receive the lehenga and board a flight at 9:30pm
Since evening the team has been trying to figure the whereabouts of the product and are asking me to wait till the product reaches at 7:30 -8 pm at my house.
Please put yourself in this situation and think how will you react to this???
So i wait till i miss my flight???
Who the # is going to bear the expense of these cancelllllled flightsss???
Why should i suffer the loss because your teams lack of responsibility.
And guess what i had to cancel it aggaaaainnnn!!! This is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism on your part and deeply disappointing.
Customer means nothing to you.
For a piece worth 25000/- i donot even get time to have a proper look at it? Instead i am told that it will reach you by 7-8 pm so if there is something wrong i cannot even have it done.

It cannot get worse than this.
I have been shopping meena bazaar from 5-6 years & would never shop again from any of your outlets.
