Meesho Online Shopping App — Money deducted but order not placed

I placed two orders on meesho online shopping app.
1. Place order to purchase Diwan set from a seller on meesho ' Fash Near Technologies Pvt Limited on 18 Oct 2021. Amount of Rs 344 diducted from my gpay but in meesho account it's not showing any order.
2. I placed order and paid Rs 295 from my gpay account to meesho today on 20 Oct 2021 to buy a magic mug. For that I had to note order number through which I can send my photos to be printed on the mug. But in my Meesho account it's showing no order placed.
Both time money diducted from my gpay account.
