I have placed an order . A churidar from crepe wali Kurtis from meesho online shopping app. The amount has been debited and the product hasn't placed yet. I need the amount to be refunded.

Yesterday i odered a product form meesho the money is deducted but the oder is not placed ....

I placed two orders on meesho online shopping app.
1. Place order to purchase Diwan set from a seller on meesho ' Fash Near Technologies Pvt Limited on 18 Oct 2021. Amount of Rs 344 diducted from my gpay but in meesho account it's not showing any order.
2. I placed order and paid Rs 295 from my gpay account to meesho today on 20 Oct 2021 to buy a magic mug. For that I had to note order number through which I can send my photos...
