Bad 😕 It seems that Meesho has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.

Dear Meesho Support Team and Grievance Officer,
I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding my Order ID:[protected], delivered on July 10, 2026. My legitimate request for a [Return / Refund] has been automatically rejected by your system citing your "Fair Usage Policy".
This blanket policy denial is completely unjust and a direct violation of consumer rights, as I have valid grounds for my request.

I placed two orders on Meesho and requested returns within the eligible return period. However, Meesho informed me that my pickup address is "unserviceable" and refused to arrange a return pickup. Instead, I was asked to self-ship the products at my own expense and was told only ₹100 would be reimbursed, which is far below the actual courier cost from my location.

I contacted Meesho customer support multiple times, but no...

I ordered an Ola scooter mat from Meesho. The product I received was torn, damaged, and looked like a used item. I raised an exchange request within minutes of delivery, but Meesho cancelled the exchange from their side without any valid reason. Later, I had no option except to request a return, which was also cancelled multiple times, causing unnecessary delays. When I contacted customer support, they falsely claimed that I had not contacted...

I am extremely disappointed with my experience shopping on Meesho. Every item in my order was delivered much later than the promised delivery date, which caused significant inconvenience.

To make matters worse, several products arrived in damaged condition, and some even appeared to be previously used instead of being brand new. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of quality control.

Additionally,...
