I am extremely disappointed with my experience shopping on Meesho. Every item in my order was delivered much later than the promised delivery date, which caused significant inconvenience.

To make matters worse, several products arrived in damaged condition, and some even appeared to be previously used instead of being brand new. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of quality control.

I request you to add the following features:

1. A "View All" option so users can see their entire wishlist on one page instead of endless scrolling.

I had ordered 2 pen sets of Rolla Roller of 122/- each (total 244/-). Whose MRP was 100/- each (total 200/-). They denied to return that.

Now I had ordered one sketchbook set in which it was mentioned 2 books in 102 rs but now they had delivered only one piece. Now again rejected the request to return. Kindly help me get my refund.

Prepaid order marked delivered via OTP, but I did not receive any OTP or product. The company is unable to provide OTP details or delivery agent information, which proves no valid delivery happened. A serious delivery and security concern regarding multiple Meesho orders that have been incorrectly marked as delivered using OTP confirmation, despite no OTP ever being shared by me with any delivery agent.

Placed an order on 3 Feb 2026 on Meesho.
The promised delivery date was 12 Feb 2026.
However, the parcel was not delivered on the promised date.
Later the tracking shows “Delivered” on 15 Feb, but I have not received the parcel.
No delivery call was made and no parcel was handed over to me.
This is unacceptable service. Kindly investigate and arrange refund or immediate resolution....
