meesho wrong product delivered return cancelled by mistake direct refund 202 needed

Delivery date: 6 Dec 2025 – Received completely wrong product (different item from shown in photo).
Pickup done on 10 Dec by Delhivery agent (call received from [protected]).
On 12 Dec Shadowfax agent came again & cancelled my return via OTP by mistake. Product returned back to me.

ABout not picking up my parcel from last 45-50 days

meesho blocking account without refund/notice

I have been using Meesho for online shopping since one month.
Recently my Meesho account was blocked without notifying me. I called their customer care support team and they just informed me that I cannot access my accounts or orders anymore.

I asked them the reason why my account has been blocked, and they said they cannot help me in any way in this regard.

Unnecessary orders

i have been receiving calls from delivery persons that I am going to receive an order from meesho which I didnt order at all nor it is been in my cart. Yesterday I got this call from delivery person saying 20 meesho orders are going to be delivered and asking from exact location of my home. Today it was about 6 orders. Meesho is not taking the return of my product though it was their mistake

I have ordered a pink product but they sent black and irrelevant product. I have called their customer care multiple time. They were so rude and saying the same thing again and again it as a quality issue eventhough, this is not a quality issue and the product itself which i received is totally different.

    I have ordered for 12x2 nos stainless steel bowls costing Rs.412.00 vide order no[protected] the payment prepaid. The company app says that the item is delivered on 04.08.2025. but it was not deliveed to me.       Returned but no marking and refund

      I have ordered two clothes online, that came in one packet . Due to the quality of the cloth didn't match my expectations I returned both of them .       Customer support not solving complaints

      I order parcel and received different than i ordered after i return but for return pick up shadowfax delivery without single call rescheduling from 2-3 days and not coming for taking. Not a single call received from their side to pick up return. I raised this issue in meesho help centre but after calling me back the meesho help centre people saying call after 2 hours again I call after 2 hours they increasing time and not resolving my issue....
