I have been using Meesho for online shopping since one month.
Recently my Meesho account was blocked without notifying me. I called their customer care support team and they just informed me that I cannot access my accounts or orders anymore.

I asked them the reason why my account has been blocked, and they said they cannot help me in any way in this regard.

I am writing regarding my recent return order, which was picked up successfully but for which I have not yet received my refund. Unfortunately, my Meesho account is now showing “User Verification Failed” and I cannot open the app to track the status.

I have ordered for 12x2 nos stainless steel bowls costing Rs.412.00 vide order no[protected] the payment prepaid. The company app says that the item is delivered on 04.08.2025. but it was not deliveed to me. I raised an issue with the company in the App for which they closed the issue mentioning "Item delivered". I had a chat with the customer care executive today 10.08.2025 where.in the executive refused to take my version and verify. Instead he kept on telling that their backend team has confirmed delivery. I expressed doubt that the item may have been delivered at a wrong place. I requested for contact no of the delivery person or higher exeutive to escalate the matter. The official resused to provide me the details. He closed the chat abruptly

I order parcel and received different than i ordered after i return but for return pick up shadowfax delivery without single call rescheduling from 2-3 days and not coming for taking. Not a single call received from their side to pick up return. I raised this issue in meesho help centre but after calling me back the meesho help centre people saying call after 2 hours again I call after 2 hours they increasing time and not resolving my issue....

We have ordered refrigerator cover vide order no[protected] pn 3rd april with delivery date on 11th april. When checked status on delivery on 11th april it showed delivered on 10th at 10.12 PM
Complaint raised on 11th and they told 7 days to resolve but when we follow up they are not responded positively
