Plz improve your connection service within this week I pay for the service at a monthly rate, but everyday the internet is down for around 3-4 hrs on average... Moreover i get around 170 ping constant, wheras alliance digital claims to give around 100-120 ping. Plz either improve ur services, or get ready to loose your customers... Its that simple.. Most of your customers in durgapur are online gamers, and we demand and reqquire a stable and lag free internet connection, which you people are unable to provide! Was this information helpful? | |

Register a complain.But without solving the problem the complain id was closed.again registered a complain and spoke to customer care no action taken.pure example of poor service.
