I am writing to file a formal complaint against Meghbela Broadband regarding their consistently poor broadband services. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, my grievances have not been addressed, and I have been facing severe inconvenience for an extended period.

I subscribed to Meghbela Broadband's services with the expectation of receiving high-speed internet as per the plan I had chosen. However, I have been consistently receiving internet speeds significantly lower than what was promised at the time of subscription. It's not crossing 50Mbps also.

3. **Communication with Meghbela Broadband:**
I have diligently registered multiple complaints with Meghbela Broadband's customer support through their official helpline and email. Unfortunately, these complaints have not yielded any satisfactory resolution. Several service tickets were raised, but none of them have been adequately addressed or resolved.

4. **Impact on Daily Life:**
The subpar internet speed has had a detrimental impact on my daily life, affecting my work, online studies, and other essential online activities. I have incurred additional expenses in using mobile data to compensate for the inadequate broadband service.

5. **Request for Compensation:**
I kindly request the Consumer Court to investigate this matter thoroughly and take necessary actions against Meghbela Broadband for their failure to provide the promised services. Additionally, I seek compensation for the inconvenience, financial losses, and mental distress caused by their negligence.

6. **Evidence:**
I can provide all the copies of relevant documents, including proof of payment, communication with Meghbela Broadband, and speed test results, which provide evidence of the service issues I have faced. Attached is the relevant speed test doc also with this complaint.

7. **Resolution Sought:**
I request the Consumer Court to:
- Direct Meghbela Broadband to provide the promised high-speed internet service.
- Compensate me for the financial losses incurred due to their deficient services.
- Levy appropriate penalties on Meghbela Broadband for their failure to address my complaints promptly.

I hope that the Consumer Court will investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that justice is served. I am willing to cooperate fully and provide any additional information required during the proceedings.

Internet connection gets disconnected almost twice every week. The local operator is worthless as they hardly pay attention towards any permanent resolution. Everytime they give different excuses. The local provider blames the company and the company blames the local provider. What is the consumer supposed to do here ??????

The customer care numbers does not work. The only option is to log a self help ticket which also hardly gets fixed.

New excuse is rain and thunder storms. This will happen during rainy season and cannot be an excuse.

I will advice everyone in my circle not to take meghbela connection ever.

Absolutely worthless connection and more worthless service and local provider. They are just doing monopoly in the area as there are no alternate providers.

Facing problems during my zoom meeting mainly. speed test shows internet speed in between 10 to 20 Mbps download and 30 to 40 Mbps upload but very unstable. And also another thing in Speed test the optimal server is not the meghbele server why is that? and if I try to select meghbele Kolkata as a optimal server it not responding.

I srimonth karmakar user id -srimonth51 regstrd no- [protected] we 2 families from same address using your connection but from one family Mr Bapi mondal your one of the Disgusting operator from Durgapur B zone area he recharged their connection whenever it's over and collect it on evening and from me he didn't recharge our connection until I gave money all time it's not possible to give it first cause I work in a office and I came at night so how should I pay him money is always in home but the disgusting operator you have he always do the same plzzz look after otherwise I have to quit your connection and file a case against you and ur disgusting operator

There was a small fire accident at ground floor of my building on 9th June and from then my broad band service is out of order. More that 50 times contacted Mr. Manas Patra, but not yet restored. Now, he has stop taking phone also. This leads to huge Loss in professional as well as mental agony and harassment

I usually recharge online. But from yesterday I was unable to do the same. Customer care executive suggested to recharge through ISP.. That is really not done.. I cant call a person anytime But surely i can do it online at any time.. CUSTOMER ID- H378659

We pay a decent amount to avail basic broadband facilities but this company is such an ignorant one they really don't care about providing good services. Every after 2 hours the internet gets disconnected. And some days they are disconnected without any notice for several hours. When we complain the customer service he does not pick up our calls. And on a lucky day even if he picks up he talks in such a tone that I am his slave. Pathetic service to say the least.

I usually take 472 rs recharge pack. But do not able to do online recharge as no option available at my login page.
Recharge is done by a contractor. Who take 480 rs. Why he takes 8 rs. Extra

Hi Guys, I'm working from home at night and taken broadband connection from meghbela broadband but their service each night down at 2-3am and resume at 10 am in the morning. After multiple requests they just inform that your service has been resumed and working fine. Please let me know if issue still persist. This is not at all fulfilling my purpose of taking internet at home. Their call also is not helpfull.
