I am not in a position to book a single ticket at 8 a.m.through my net (my home IP address 192.168.76.4) consequently two days i.e.on 25th & 26th June, 2015 as quoted "You are permitted only 2 ARP tickets between 08:00 Hrs to 10:00 hrs per IP address." I was compelled to book another IP address net to book my ticket, reasons of which may be clarified.
