Internet connection gets disconnected almost twice every week. The local operator is worthless as they hardly pay attention towards any permanent resolution. Everytime they give different excuses. The local provider blames the company and the company blames the local provider. What is the consumer supposed to do here ??????
The customer care numbers does not work. The only option is to log a self help ticket which also hardly gets fixed.
New excuse is rain and thunder storms. This will happen during rainy season and cannot be an excuse.
I will advice everyone in my circle not to take meghbela connection ever.
Absolutely worthless connection and more worthless service and local provider. They are just doing monopoly in the area as there are no alternate providers. Was this information helpful? |
