Meizu — Faulty mx5 mobile | |||||
I got mobile through snapdeal.com 4 months back and on 11th january 2016 suddenly it stopped working.order id is [protected] and suborder id is [protected]. I submitted mobile to meizu authorized service center in ahmedabad.and they have mentioned "dead" on work sheet.also they told me to wait for 40-45 days for mobile to be replaced.Job Sheet number -501 and service center address is - mobile service center, ground floor, opp panjara pole, near murtimant complex, relief road, ahmedabad, gujarat - [protected] After so many mail to [protected]@meizu.com no one is responding on it. Also i am not satisfied with the mobile as what if it is repaired and i will face same issue again after warranty period will be over. So requesting you to provide me full refund as i dont have trust in mx5 and in meizu. As per consumer protection law i am entitled for full refund if device is having major problem.
