Whenever i try to dial, the dialer gets closed after typing few (2 to4 digits) and also the contacts are not shown and if shown, it also gets closed within few second.

This is very disgusting, i cant use my mobile to dial a number or even find my contacts to dial!! It has not been even a year that i purchased this mobile!

And i had problem in home key /finger print so have gone to service center for repair
They say the product is out of warranty so you have to pay the bill is wrong bill date so kindly help???

I have buy meizu m3s mobile from snapdeal, after one months its display got yellow dot... I contacted to customer care they told to go to service center at ahmedabad, which is 90 km away from my residence... I hve to spent 1200 rs to rech there.. N service center person told 3 days taking to repair.. But they had 12 days to repairing... After that theres new problem came... Network is not getting in the phone... After 1 week again i have...

I gave my handset to indore service center at yashwant complex g-4 near railway station, indore on[protected] and today its[protected] the phone is not being repaired and neither the service center people are giving any response and neither there is response from their official site. I mailed them several times they are saying the same thing it will take some time from past 2 months....

2 months back, i have submitted my defective handset which is under warranty to the meizu service center.They never returned my phone and the registered service center is no longer available.i dont know where my phone is ho i will get it back.

I purchased cell phone meizu m2. it was heated and swich off, in warrenty period. i gived at service center for repair to ahmedabad from last two month. but till today thay are not giving my mobile or any information how many days may be wait.
i called to service center 5 times but thay gives meizu help line no. [protected].

Like yu meizu is also cheating their customer by providing a help line number which is not received for a single time! So what does that mean to provide a number? And its my suggestion to everyone to avoid purchase of these brands....

I got mobile through snapdeal.com 4 months back and on 11th january 2016 suddenly it stopped working.order id is [protected] and suborder id is [protected].
