Melangebox — Full order not received

I had first placed order on 19th Dec, 2021 after seeing their advrt on Instagram, after receiving the order i was unhappy with the colour of one of the t shirts as i had placed an order for, 5 t shirts, i asked for a replacement, received no response on email or WhatsApp, order was returned and my return credits were received.
I placed another order on 8th Feb, 2022 with the return credits that I had, again faced the same issue with one of the t shirts and asked for replacement, now no message or mail was received from their side regarding what was the next course of action, suddenly i received a message on my mobile that your order will be picked up for replacement, as per the delivery partner i gave the entire package to the agent to whom i had clearly told that the package has 5
shirts, he checked and took of with the package, i keep waiting for a email regarding refund or next steps for replacement but no response, i got a reply after 10-11 days of pickup that order has not been received by them kindly wait, i emailed them again after i checked the return using the tracking number they gave me, then i got a unprofessional response thay only one t shirt for replacement will arrive to you and we are unware about the rest of the t shirts, how can they claim to replace one t shirt and not seem to find rest of the 4 as the entire package was taken and received by them, it was among the entire package that was received by them and moreover why did the delivery partner take my all the t shirts if only one was about to be replaced?? This is a serious miscommunication between melangebox and their delivery partner and i am suffering because of it. I plan to take legal action against them.
