I made a purchase (full sleeves T shirt) from the website https://www.melangebox.com/ about a month ago. I made the payments in advance. They shipped the wrong size and asked for another Rs. 120/- for exchange and I made those payments as well. Its been now more than 20 days their team has stopped responding to any communication. Their contact number is switched off[protected].
They are not replying from their provided email ID [protected]@melangebox.com
Even they are blocking me from their social media pages. I am sure they must be doing such frauds with other users as well as I have seen many messages on their social media platforms where people have mentioned about their frauds. They keep removing the messages and it happened with me as well.
I am worried if they will keep deducting from my account that I used to make the payments for the Tshirt. Because their behavior and comments added by the users describe that they are frauds. Was this information helpful? |
