Urgent complaint regarding unresolved exchange order id mebx178741
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unresolved exchange request for my order placed with Melangebox, bearing Order ID: MEBX178741.
Despite multiple follow-ups via email, I have not received any response or resolution from your team. The product was returned for exchange as per your policy, but there has been no update or action taken. Additionally, the absence of a customer care contact number has made it extremely difficult to reach out for support.
This delay and lack of communication have caused me significant inconvenience and financial stress, as my money is currently stuck without any clarity on the status of the exchange.
I request immediate action on this matter. Kindly process the exchange or initiate a refund at the earliest. If I do not receive a resolution within 7 days, I will be compelled to escalate this issue to the National Consumer Helpline and other relevant authorities.

Unethical practice: Deduction money on the name of restocking fee

Hello,
I have placed the order on melangebox website with order number MEBX125885 of Rs 1054. The t-shirts I received had manufacturing defect and I showed the same to melangebox on email.
Earlier, they were not ready to pickup the product, but after so many emails, they picked up the product. After receiving the product, they deducted Rs 148.80 on the name on restocking fee, which is not mentioned anywhere on their website.
They are following unfair practice in business and looting customers.

Full order not received
I had first placed order on 19th Dec, 2021 after seeing their advrt on Instagram, after receiving the order i was unhappy with the colour of one of the t shirts as i had placed an order for, 5 t shirts, i asked for a replacement, received no response on email or WhatsApp, order was returned and my return credits were received.
I placed another order on 8th Feb, 2022 with the return credits that I had, again faced the same issue with one of the t shirts and asked for replacement, now no message or mail was received from their side regarding what was the next course of action, suddenly i received a message on my mobile that your order will be picked up for replacement, as per the delivery partner i gave the entire package to the agent to whom i had clearly told that the package has 5
shirts, he checked and took of with the package, i keep waiting for a email regarding refund or next steps for replacement but no response, i got a reply after 10-11 days of pickup that order has not been received by them kindly wait, i emailed them again after i checked the return using the tracking number they gave me, then i got a unprofessional response thay only one t shirt for replacement will arrive to you and we are unware about the rest of the t shirts, how can they claim to replace one t shirt and not seem to find rest of the 4 as the entire package was taken and received by them, it was among the entire package that was received by them and moreover why did the delivery partner take my all the t shirts if only one was about to be replaced?? This is a serious miscommunication between melangebox and their delivery partner and i am suffering because of it. I plan to take legal action against them.

Did not ship after 8 days and not taking my cancel order

I ordered 3 tshirts from Melangebox on 4th June. They had an option of paying through four installments through a gateway called Sezzle. After multiple reminders they had still not shipped my product till 9th June, so I asked them to cancel my order finally on 11th June. Now they are saying we can cancel if its not under transit but have not send any shipping notification. Also, they are not cancelling the order. They offer store credit and say that they don't refund the amount in case of returns..
(1)but why when they have not even shipped the product? ((2)) On contacting Sezzle they say they cant see any cancelled order and hence my next amount will be debited as per schedule. This means that I will not get my order, my entire amount will be debited, and then given back as store credit which I can never use since they do not ship the product at all?
Please help in cancelling the order and I want the refund back as well without any more deductions from sezzle

Product not shipped and Payments not returned

I made a purchase (full sleeves T shirt) from the website https://www.melangebox.com/ about a month ago. I made the payments in advance. They shipped the wrong size and asked for another Rs. 120/- for exchange and I made those payments as well. Its been now more than 20 days their team has stopped responding to any communication. Their contact number is switched off[protected].
They are not replying from their provided email ID [protected]@melangebox.com
Even they are blocking me from their social media pages. I am sure they must be doing such frauds with other users as well as I have seen many messages on their social media platforms where people have mentioned about their frauds. They keep removing the messages and it happened with me as well.
I am worried if they will keep deducting from my account that I used to make the payments for the Tshirt. Because their behavior and comments added by the users describe that they are frauds.

No Customer Support, No tracking of order
I didn’t get any tracking info for my order. When i recieved the product it was wrong size. Now no one replies to mail and there is no contact number available.

The website has been running social media ads even during quarantine and promising to deliver products in 4-5 days. They post fake reviews and posts online and don't deliver the product. No one answers the helpline number or the emails.
I had placed an order on 15th may and i didn't receive any updates about my purchase or any refunds, till today when i'm writing this, i. E, 2nd june.
I would request you to look into this and help all distressed consumers in getting a refund.
