[Resolved] Menmyshop.com — Amount not refunded | |||
I placed an Order with Order no:104 on 8th May 2014 for purchase of Samsung BT Head set with Charger. The product sent was not up to mark and I sent the item back to you on 19th May 2014. Till then I am in contact with Mr. Sachin and Sanjeev kumar Jha and Mr.Deepak and other support people for my Refund. I was told that there is a problem with gateway and will transfer the amount in my account. So I shared my account details with them. But till now I did not receive my refund. On 17th July 2014 Mr Sanjeev gave an SMS to me that I will get my refund on 21st July 2014 as he is going to Delhi. But till date I did not get my refund. I paid 700/- for the Order and 85/- for sending the item back to you. I also spent more than 50/- in making calls to meNmyshop team. Pls deposit 800/- in my account. I am very much disappointed with the way menmyshop people are doing to me. today 28th Aug2014 I called and spoke to Vikas and did not get proper reply. they are not lifting my call. When I call from other numbers they are responding. On 7th Aug 2014, I spoke to Mrs Poonam and Team. I was given this email id and was asked to mail the issue. Deposit my amount with interest immediately. This is a first setp and further action will be initiated if not refunded immediately Thanks Chand Kumar.T Was this information helpful? | |||

I have a similar situation with my purchase and they are not going to respond. Kindly let me know if your problem is still not resolved, I'm planning on taking things to the consumer court and I can include your statements and file for compensation. People like this have to be schooled in the right way.

I had purchased a music system for i 20 order no 4491from meNmyshop.com as on 15/09/2018 by paying i had paid 1000 rs through neft account icici bank[protected] in the name of ideating solutions pvt ltd and rs160000 COD. No numbers in their website is answering. I have called many numbers and at last get one guy's number of sanjeev . i had receive 2 nd hand damage product . He told me that some person will come and collect the product till now no body had called me i have been calling them every day. i have file the fir against then also on face book as well as in olx I am moving to court so they don't cheat any one else like this. Please friends don't buy anything from this site.they are fraud people.please note there mobile no [protected] tanu sharma [protected] sanjeev also 1 more person called rj sachin on youtube there whats app no [protected] is on olx I will sue them in court not only for my money for cheating also. I have all that evidence like recorded phone calls and emails as well as bills
