Mepl - Irb Mp Express Private Limited — Double toll tax

Hi,
My vehicle no. MH03DK2822 has passed from Kusgoan toll plaza on 26th Dec 2020 at 20:22:59 and paid toll in cash rupee 203 because I had less balance in my FATtag account and received a receipt for it, transaction no - [protected]

While I exiting from Khalapur off (west) at 20:51:14 I presented my toll receipt but still Rs 203 (actual balance at that time in FasTag was INR 197) was charged to my FasTag.
