They have not delivered the product yet, they claim to be a us based company united states: 4002 hwy 78 suite 530-228 snelville ga 30039.

Money is gone from my account and received from merchest outlet.
But they are not yet responding on product delivery.

Kindly help me get a product back or refund.

Placed order July 9 th for my order #9302still nothing delivered and emailed them numerous times and no replies tracking number none existent how will I get a refund or my item paid $24.99 this company advertised it's goods on facebook that's how found the site and thought it would be safe but obviously not
