I placed an order for 2 pieces of the "finishing touch hair remover" about 3 months ago.

I received a confirmation email on 7th july 2017 (Confirmation #8808) that payment had been received and usd$49.98 was deducted from my account, but yet to receive the products or any email updates since.

On 7th sep 2017, when i have still not received the items, i dropped an email reply to the 1st confirmation email, to...

On 3rd july 2017 i ordered a product for which i have already paid online, 1620.32 rupees, just to confirm i wrote a mail on 17th july asking about the package status, next day i received a revert saying:

"hello annie,

Our shipping time is 2-5 weeks. We will be sure to send tracking information when the item is shipped so that you may track your order. Please be advised after we send tracking information there...

On 4th july i bought a product online from this company, they drew the money from my acount on 5th july and i have had no news since (No email, no nothing), nor the product.
Impossible to contact them or to retrace the original website where i bought the product and they don't reply to their emails...
Please help if anyone has had this problem and managed to sort it...

They have not delivered the product yet, they claim to be a us based company united states: 4002 hwy 78 suite 530-228 snelville ga 30039.

Money is gone from my account and received from merchest outlet.
But they are not yet responding on product delivery.

Kindly help me get a product back or refund.

Merchestoutlet.in has deducted 4854.56 rupees from hdfc bank and product is not delivered.
