Merchestoutlet.com — product which i have not received and money debited from my account

On 3rd july 2017 i ordered a product for which i have already paid online, 1620.32 rupees, just to confirm i wrote a mail on 17th july asking about the package status, next day i received a revert saying:

"hello annie,

Our shipping time is 2-5 weeks. We will be sure to send tracking information when the item is shipped so that you may track your order. Please be advised after we send tracking information there will be no updates from us at merchest as you have the tracking information to help with your order's status.

After that i did not received any tracking information i have been mailing them but no revert.
