Meritnation — Forgery during new registration

Date of subscription & Incidence -17th June'20

Incident: There representative "Shipla" called us & briefed about entire details of live sessions/study material etc. & eventually we enrolled our ward for live classes as new session. "Sandeep" from sales team was the one who shared us a link for payment (Almost at 9:30 PM) and was after our life to get the payment done in next 10 minutes else link will expire. We did it as we were ok with the inputs as shared by Shipa & Sandeep.
While we got the active login, to our surprise it started from 18th Class (meaning session for three subjects & therefore almost ~26 hrs of online session was already done) now my ward was in 18th Day of class. Since that day we are asking them to either return the money or settle us in new session (live one).But neither Shilpa nor Sandeep are now accommodating us with a clear solution. When we approached their help line number regarding this issue, Instead we were asked if we have any recording of what Shilpa /Sandeep has promised to us. So after that we started having a recording of all conversations with Shilpa & Sandeep & have all evidence regarding the cheat & how they are now manipulating it. Moreover Shilpa even admitted "Madam mai to system me nayi hun to mujhe pata nahi tha " and "Sandeep" said "mera kaam to sales ka hai aur promise to shiplap ne kiya tha" and all that stuff.I am surprised how someone can even say this to a customer & how Meritnation hire people to play with money & time that too in education line?

Yesterday had a word with their care team representative "Anshu" wherein she asked me provide all evidences to her so that she can look into the matter & resolve it. But after entire session of follow-ups & zero output I am afraid to share it with them because I don't think they will resolve it, instead they will just chuck-out Shipla & Sandeep & that is not what I want. All I want is either refund my entire money or allow me to join in new live session starting from day 1.

I am not even sure if I will get any solution after explaining everything here, but sure that at least people will be aware about Meritnation's way of cheating people & unprofessional behaviour.

I am also one of the target from this fraud company Merit nation and purchased a course of 34000 Rs.If you got your refund please help me regarding this issue.
