I have taken a subscription on 21st feb2016 for inr 5000 approximately from meritnation for a year. I have since then been using my account to login to the subscription on my mobile. Suddenly today when i tried to login, it says the facility is available only from class vi to xii. My son is in 4th standard. I complained about the same however they said that i can only login on my desktop, laptop or pc to avail the services which isn't true since i have been logged in on my phone for 2 months now. I had asked them to either solve my issue or if not, then to refund my remaining tenure 's subscription amount and they have refused for both the options. If i cannot avail services, why should i be paying for it? Was this information helpful? |
